Program Description
Provides families interested in adopting a child with a variety of clinical and educational services including home studies for domestic and international adoptive placement, infant open adoptions, adoptive and post-adoptive counseling and search requests from adult adoptee.

Eligibility
Couples seeking infant adoption living in Cortland, Onondaga and Oswego Counties.

Payment
Fee is arranged through the Adoption Program and based on a sliding scale.
