Program Description
Provides transportation for elder individuals:

1) to medical appointments at St. Joseph’s, North Medical Center and various healthcare     facilities in the area,
2) to and from senior nutrition sites and
3) shopping and errands as the need arises.

Eligibility
Elderly individuals 60 years of age or older living in the Towns of Salina, and parts of Clay and Cicero.
