Description
Responsible to prepare apartments for new tenants including minor repairs, cleaning and habitability inspections. Respond to issues such as infestations, furniture removals/deliveries. Move individuals from shelter or other housing. Provide maintenance services of clean, orderly and sanitary conditions of Housing Services apartments. Report any repair needs. Assist with coordination of volunteers and both individual and team projects such as cleanouts and renovations. Maintain guidelines established by the funding sources and agency policy and procedures.
Job Requirements
High School or G.E.D. Experience: Cleaning apartments to include floors, bathrooms and kitchens in apartments where clients have lived. Other Requirements: Ability to lift 50 pounds. Able to assist with moving furniture and drive agency vehicles which may include a cube truck.

Description
Work with clients who are most at risk of losing housing as a result of difficulties related to independent living. Teach / role model life skills such as organizing, house keeping, cleaning, social skills, along with financial and nutritional literacy. Identify risk and safety issues and communicate progress. Provide transportation and meet with clients as often as necessary to stabilize housing. Maintain established guidelines and reporting requirements of the program.
Job Requirements
BA/BS preferred. Major: Human Services or related field. Experience: One or more years
professional/volunteer experience serving vulnerable populations. Other Requirements: Skilled with Microsoft Office applications. Good customer service skills along with good oral and written communication skills. Occasional need to move items, ability to move/lift 50 pounds.
Reliable transportation.

Description
In coordination with the teacher assistant, responsible for the overall planning and implementation of two 2 ½ hour preschool classes each day at Northside CYO. Responsible for recruiting and maintaining a full class list as per the contract with the SCSD and continued collaboration with Head Start.
Job Requirements
New York State Teaching Certification Major: Early Childhood Education, Birth to 2nd or N to 6th Experience: Minimum of one year working with children and families. Other Requirements: Skills sufficient for oral and written communication. Computer skills necessary. Must drive agency van to provide transportation for children in the program. Experience with ESL populations preferred.
