Expanded In-Home Services to the Elderly
 
   

Program Description
Provides case management and in-home personal care and housekeeping
for non-Medicaid eligible senior citizens. Additional services include Personal Care, Telephone Lifeline, Housekeeping, and Day Care Subsidy. Outcomes include individuals being able to function independently or maintain independence in the community.

Eligibility
Individuals within Onondaga County
at least 60 years old who need assistance with personal care and are not using Medicaid. Application must be approved by Onondaga County Office for Aging.

Payment
None for case management.
Sliding scale depending on income for personal care services.
