Program Description
Provides professional counseling and case management to birth parents and their families who are experiencing an unplanned pregnancy. Counseling also provided around childbearing loss. Also provides information and referral as needed. Outcome is pregnant/post partum women demonstrate healthier behavior patterns during and after pregnancy.
Eligibility
Pregnant women, partners and extended family living in Syracuse and the immediate vicinity.
Payment
Services based on a sliding scale. No one is denied service due to inability to pay.
