Program Description
Provides home visiting services to pregnant women and parents with children less than two years of age. Services include prenatal and infant care education, assistance in WIC enrollment, breastfeeding education and smoking cessation. Bus passes are provided for prenatal appointments and well child checkups. Information, education and referral for identified risks.
Eligibility
Pregnant women and parents of children under 2 years of age who live in the city of Syracuse.
