Program Description
Provides case management services to families in need of safe, stable housing and emotional or practical support to ensure such stability.
Eligibility
Families or women who are homeless or housing vulnerable within Onondaga County. Typically they are staying in a Syracuse area emergency shelter or hotel or "doubled up" with friends or relatives in a temporary, overcrowded situation and looking for permanent housing.
