The Neighborhood Centers provide a variety of human services for at-risk children and adults within the Syracuse community. Programs are designed to help alleviate the stress associated with individual and family crisis through personal growth and self-sufficiency. An array of recreational and youth development activities encourage and nurture each individual's skills and potential in a supportive and trusting environment.
