Program Description
Formally audits the progress and case planning process every 6 months for children placed in foster care. The service invites all stakeholders, e.g. biological and foster parents, children over 10 years old, child welfare case manager and other services working concurrently with the family to a service plan review case conference, and acts as the mandated 3rd party reviewer. Outcomes include timeliness of case review, increased biological/foster parent participation, and compliance with DSS regulations and client’s rights.
Eligibility
Referrals can only be made through Children’s Division Department of Social Services.
