Program Description
Provides volunteer opportunities in a variety of settings in Onondaga County. Prospective volunteers are interviewed by the director. Based on their interests and experience, they are offered positions at non-profit agencies and healthcare facilities. Quarterly newsletter and annual recognition luncheon provided.
Eligibility
Volunteers must be fifty-five years of age or over and willing to give at least two hours a week.
Payment
None. Some mileage reimbursement available to those who could not volunteer without it.
