Medicaid Service Coordination

Medicaid Service Coordinators work directly for individuals with developmental disabilities and their families to secure the necessary supports and services they need to live richer lives. 

  • We provide MSC to eligible residents of Onondaga County.
  • No fee.
  • Eligibility: Individuals with developmental disability as defined by the NYS Office for People with Developmental Disabilities.

  • Good to know: Our service coordinators specialize in working with children and teenagers, although we serve individuals of all ages.
