Medicaid Service Coordination
Medicaid Service Coordinators work directly for individuals with developmental disabilities and their families to secure the necessary supports and services they need to live richer lives.
- We provide MSC to eligible residents of Onondaga County.
- No fee.
- Eligibility: Individuals with developmental disability as defined by the NYS Office for People with Developmental Disabilities.
