Medicaid Service Coordinators (MSC) work directly for individuals with intellectual disabilities and their families to secure the necessary supports and services they need to live richer lives.
- We provide MSC to eligible residents of Onondaga County.

- Good to know: Our service coordinators specialize in working with children and teenagers, although we serve individuals of all ages.
Our Medicaid Service Coordinators are fully trained, adhere to the philosophy of Catholic Charities, and practice behaviors consistent with the National Alliance for Direct Support Professionals (NADSP) Core Competencies which include: Putting Individuals First; Building and Maintaining Positive Relationships; Demonstrating Professionalism; Supporting Good Health; Safety; Supporting the individual to live in the home of their choice, and being active and productive in their community.
