The goal of the program is to provide respite for the parents or caretaker of children with intellectual disabilities while also providing integrated recreational and social activities for the children.
- 3 Locations: Neighborhood Centers at Edmund Avenue off Newell Street (Bishop Foery Foundation), Hawley Avenue (Hawley Youth Organization), and Seymour Street (Vincent House).
- No fee.
- Eligibility: Children ages 5-18 and their families. Children must meet OPWDD eligibility. .

- Good to know: Respite workers assist families in obtaining other services to meet their needs.
