COVID-19 Considerations

Catholic Charities of Onondaga County is closely monitoring all CDC guidelines and considerations for events held in New York State. While we are hopeful that we can have as close to the traditional House of Providence Dinner as possible, we also acknowledge that the number of in-person guests will be limited to maintain compliance with state and local COVID considerations. Under current guidelines and restrictions, we are currently limiting our in-person capacity to 150 guests.

A final decision on the Dinner attendance policy will be made no later than August 15, 2021. Our CCOC Development Department will begin reaching out to all sponsors and ticket buyers to inform them if they will be able to attend in-person or virtually. After decisions on the attendance are made, the sponsor will receive virtual passes for all guests who are not able to attend in-person to reach the total number of guests outlined in their sponsor benefits. Please know that the health and safety of our guests, vendors, and staff are our highest priority.

For in-person guests, the sponsor or ticket buyer will be required to submit a list of all attendees including their full name, date of birth, address, phone number, and email address, for contact tracing purposes. For virtual guests, the sponsor or ticket buyer must submit a list of the attendees including their full name and email address to receive the virtual livestream link. Each sponsor or ticket buyer must submit their list of attendees, both virtual and in-person, no later than Friday, September 3, 2021.
