Last weekend, the Skaneateles Vincent House Guild held their annual event to support the Vincent House Neighborhood Center. The event raises crucial funds for the Vincent House Neighborhood Center and makes it possible for kids to enjoy summer adventures like staying at Lourdes Camp. The Guild’s support for Vincent House dates back more than 30 years and makes a big difference in the programs we’re able to offer.
The Vincent House Neighborhood Center is located on the Near West Side of the city of Syracuse. The neighborhood is one of the poorest not just in the city of Syracuse, but in the nation. Support from the community can make a world of difference for kids who attend our neighborhood center. Because of private foundations and individuals, we’re able to offer more support to help kids succeed at home and at school.
