Emergency Services

Location: 262 E. Onondaga Street, Syracuse, NY 13202

Emergency services include relocation assistance for the homeless or housing vulnerable, supportive services for veteran families, temporary financial assistance to those facing potential homelessness and more. Financial assistance may be available for prescription medication, rent, utility arrears, transportation, and other household emergencies. All assistance is subject to qualification. Individuals can call themselves or their representatives are welcome to call on their behalf. Walk-ins are accepted; however, there is no guarantee that they will be seen, as all caseworkers are frequently out in the field and are not immediately available.

Food Pantry

  • Tuesday and Thursday from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
  • Wednesday from 1 to 4 p.m.
